My new toy for 2011 is a 1/18 scale mini rc car, the Nanda NRX-18. At around $113 USD complete and ready to run out of the box, this is one of the cheapest models to get you started in the hobby.

RC10 Gold Tub 2wd Off-Road Buggy

20 years ago, during college, I raced an Associated RC10 Gold Tub 2WD electric buggy. Yesterday, decided to put a brushless motor, hobbywing esc and lipo battery. Then gave it to my 9 year old daughter for her to drive the very first time.

Will this buggy survive or become a shelf queen? Suprisingly it survived after the abuse it took yesterday. Thanks for watching the video an commenting.
