Project Wild Willy Part I - 36.6mph

The goal is for a Tamiya Wild Willy to beat a Formula One r/c car in a drag race. Here is Part I of the build and review, where the box stock Willy at 11.6mph is upgraded to go at least 36.6mph on the rc car chassis dyno.
